When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (if provided), and the content of your message. This data is forwarded by email to our team only and is not stored in any database. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries). Contact enquiry data is deleted once the matter is resolved, and at the latest after 2 years.
Our hosting provider automatically collects technical access logs (IP address, browser type, time of access, page requested). This data is processed to ensure the technical security and stability of the website and is not used to personally identify visitors. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is automatically deleted after 30 days.
